Terroso were approached by a long term property development partner tasked with designing and delivering a luxe lighting design for this bespoke build.

We filled the design with a wide range of lighting techniques which are used collaboratively to create scenes within the lighting control system which are seamlessly switching.

Accent ceiling lights (LED Coffers) were used to create a modern feeling to rooms and are a standout feature, even in daylight, enhancing feel of the rooms through lighting design.

Lighting scenes and Smart Home automation are designed to be intuitive as this property is a long-term rental; tenants must be able to make use of the Audio Video, Security and Lighting features on day one of the tenancy.

Intricate Lighting

A LED Tape coffer installed in the office ceiling creates a timeless look while still providing plenty of light. Provision for a central pendant and Table / Floor Lamps is also included allowing a tenant to create an office space with custom lighting scenes.

No space is forgotten with backlit mirrors in bathrooms which create an effective feature piece without losing any valuable space in these rooms. These feature pieces are controlled by sensors connected to the lighting control system which change the brightness based on time of day with a “night-light” mode to ensure individuals are not dazzled on late night trips to the loo.

An open plan Kitchen / Dining / Living Space is expertly lit with key areas controlled either separately or all together to allow for easy operation of the lighting system whist retaining the granular control necessary to ensure the mood lighting is always right. Under counter lighting and Over counter lighting also draws attention to the beautiful Stoneham kitchen, a statement of intent from the developer showing that no stone is left unturned in the desire for perfection in this property.
